I always ask out of town clients if this is their first time here. Generally, the answer is “Oh no, we have been here before!” That’s because once you come here , it is hard to resist coming back year after year. There is just something about this place…and if you have been here, then surely you know what I am talking about!

The family pictured above was here for the first time and I love that I got to capture their enthusiasm as they discovered the wonders of Seaside and 30A. I think it is very safe to say they will be back!
